Why are your rates much lower than some other agencies?
Because we are not housed in sumptuous premises or an expensive location. Our in-house team is reasonably small (but we do have a very large number of freelance translators across the whole world) and we keep the profit margins as low as possible. We also make smart use of CAT tools.

Are there any additional charges that I must take into account?
An extra fee can be charged for sworn translations, otherwise our motto is "what you see is what you get!". The quoted price is the invoice price - in other words, there are no hidden costs! You always receive our quote within one hour.

How long must I wait before I get my translation back?
LON International works fast but it obviously depends on the volume of text that needs translating. Our quality is high and we are affordable. Our quote always includes a delivery date.
