Quality control is at the heart of our business: something we focus on every day in everything we do. We work to quality standard NEN EN15038, an international standard that was specially written for the translation industry. The standard sets out requirements in key areas of our business, including the competence of translators, the technology we use, and our transparency when dealing with customers.
Communicating with customers honestly and openly is key to our business and we strive to be as transparent as possible. Our motto is: ‘what you see is what you get’!
Our translators’ ability is also crucial to our reputation, so we choose personnel carefully and test their abilities before adding them to our team.
As for technology, we use specialist tools for managing projects and ensuring consistency.
During the translation process itself, we have a documented quality management system that guides every stage, from preparation to verifying the final work.

Client confidentiality is another important aspect of quality, and one we take very seriously. Each client document, whether digital or paper, is treated with the utmost confidence. It is only seen by the managers and translators involved in the project, and never discussed with third parties. If necessary, documents are destroyed after translation.
